The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 148, 149, 307, 379, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant and his son by the accused persons including the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits specific allegation is against co-accused Akhtar by means of sword to the informant and so far as petitioners are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40304 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against them and there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S.
