The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati(Dobhi) P.S. Case No.56/08 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the fardbeyan of Chaukidar Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S.Case No.56/08 was instituted under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act. Further submission is that in course of investigation Dr.Mukhtar Ali Khan raised suspicion against the petitioner having hand in the offence. Thereafter police apprehended the petitioner and he is in custody since 16.11.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. Case No.56/08.
