15-06-2015 Heard Sri Randhir Kumar-I, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Dandari P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 354, 307 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in the entire F.I.R., no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioners. Only allegation has been made against one unknown person. He further submits that earlier petitioners had filed a case against the informant's family members and due to retaliation, the present F.I.R. has been lodged.

No.18984 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 After hearing the parties and considering the facts and circumstances, let the aforesaid petitioners, namely; Prem Lata Devi, Parmanand Paswan and Dilip Paswan @ Diliph Paswan be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shri Prakash, J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
