Petitioner is accused in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 364, 511, 120B of the I.P.C. and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused and except that there is no material against him. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35429 of 2015. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2016. Case No. 96 of 2015.
