That this is an application praying for issuance of appropriate Writ/Writs, Order / Orders, preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Compassionate Appointment in place of his father who died in harness on 05/01/2012 while under the employment of the respondent Bank."

Patna High Court CWJC No.15347 of 2021(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
