2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.R. No. 262/23, arising out of Ziradei P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution, petitioner is said to have fired at the victim in his stomach. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2023.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this dispute is basically with regard to the land dispute. The informant are involved in the business of sale and purchase of the land.
5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the dispute is basically related to land and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Siwan, in connection with G.R. No. 262/23, arising out of Ziradei P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023.
