The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.435 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and that a person has been murdered by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is accordingly dismissed.
