To test the authenticity of the stand taken before this Court, let both the parties appear before the CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri PS Case NO.99/2014 who shall after recording statement of both the parties and if reconciliation has been worked out between them, ensure grant of bail to the petitioner so that the conjugal life can be restored.
