1. This case has been brought under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

2. It is pointed out that due to typographical error order dated 21.06.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 890 of 2024 be actually passed in modification petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 44487 of 2024.

3. Considering the aforesaid, let the same order dated 21.06.2024 as aforesaid be reproduced in Cr. Misc. No. 44487 of 2024, which is quoted below:- "1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. The present modification petition is being filed as to extend the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44487 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 surrender of petitioner, as allowed while allowing his prayer of anticipatory bail through Cr. Misc. No. 890 of 2024 dated 19.03.2024.

3. It is submitted that due to financial hardship, the draft of Rs. 5 lacs in terms of order dated 19.03.2024 of this Court was prepared on 21.05.2024 only.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks as of now i.e.

by 05.07.2024.

5. This modification petition stands disposed of accordingly, with aforesaid terms only.

6. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr.

Misc. No. 890 of 2024."

4. With aforesaid, the order No. 5, dated 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 890 of 2024 stands deleted to the extent that same be read as an order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44487 of 2024, on 21.06.2024.

5. In view of aforesaid, the present Modification Petition stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) veena/- U T
