Examination held for the academic Session 1992-94 by the erstwhile Bihar Intermediate Education Council.

2. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Board, it appears that the Board has taken a decision to issue the said original certificate to the petitioner on the basis of a recommendation made by the Three-Man Committee constituted for the said purpose. It has also been stated that the petitioner can obtain his original certificate from the Board after depositing requisite fee.
