The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 503 of 2019 dated 08.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation in the FIR is of the petitioners trying to forbade the informant from ferrying passengers in his boat.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38033 of 2020(2) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 submitted that from the nature of accusation in the FIR, there appears to be a dispute in the business of ferrying of boat. The allegation of assaulting the informant is on Bijender Yadav and not on the petitioners. The petitioner no. 3 had earlier filed a case against the informant of this case about which reference has been made in the bail petition.

Considering the aforestated facts and taking into account that the subject FIR has been lodged after 21 days of the occurrence, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 503 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
