The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Mufassil P.S.Case No.252/16 registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of Rekha Devi grand daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws administering poison and to dispose of her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, due to quarrel in between the deceased and her husband, the deceased consumed poison and died. Anil Yadav husband of deceased gave the information to Kedar Rai Grand father of deceased who also participated in the funeral. Further submission

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11229 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 is that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he used to reside separate to the husband of the deceased and he is in jail custody since 10.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Mufassil P.S.Case No.252/16.
