The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 469, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners are running an organization namely 'Bal Badi Kendra' in Fatuha and it is alleged that without making payment of salaries to employees of the organization, they run away after closing the centre. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that informant is one of the partner in the organization and due to partnership dispute, this false and fabricated case has been lodged. Informant is not an employee and none of the employees of the organization has come forward or made any complaint against these petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41167 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
