2. This writ application has been filed for quashing order dated 20.10.2012 passed in B.L.D.R. No. 10/116/20122013 by the Deputy Collector, Land Reform, Siwan (Respondent No. 2).

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application

4. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the competent authority, the same shall be considered taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
