The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 387 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, the petitioners are said to have demanded Rangdari from a doctor. First information report was registered on 26.11.2018. Till date the petitioners have not been arrested by the police though there is no interim protection granted by this Court. This Court cannot be a mute spectator in respect of

Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below or before the local police by 5th of November, 2021. If the petitioners do not surrender by 5th of November, 2021 then the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai is directed to arrest all the petitioners by 17th of November, 2021 and file a compliance affidavit in this Court on or before 17th of November, 2021. Put up this case on 17th of November, 2021 for further hearing.
