This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report was lodged on missing of the daughter of the informant. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stated that she had voluntarily married with the petitioner one year back and, thereafter, on the alleged date of occurrence she had gone along with the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
