2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 384 of 2025, lodged on 31.12.2025 under Sections 103(1) and 123 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against the sole accused alleging therein that she has killed her own four years minor son by poisoning him out of anger.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is suspicion due to family dispute. In fact, the husband of the petitioner had an illicit relationship with a woman and the

It is further submitted that it is her in-laws family who administered poison to the petitioner and her son. However, the petitioner is willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the event of his release on bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the post-mortem report suggests the cause of death due to poisoning substance.

6. In the present facts and circumstances and considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 384 of 2025, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai, is hereby rejected.
