The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his sister was married to Sanjeet Kumar Jha, son of the petitioner on 15.02.2004 but thereafter the husband and other in-laws were torturing his sister and ultimately killed the sister of the informant and cremated the dead body.
The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased. The informant had never lodged any information with the police nor any where else about the same before the death of the sister and after marriage. It has come
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42533 of 2014 (3) dt.09-04-2015 during the course of investigation that the deceased developed chest pain and she died.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
