The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 786 of 2018, Special Case No. 1273 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) and 38(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 226 bottles each containing 18 ml. Eskuf Codeine Cough Syrup kept in two bags have been recovered from house of Sahatlal Sah and he has been arrested by the Police. He disclosed the name of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.
