ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tajpur P.S.Case No. 168/2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 448, 380, 384, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case lodged against the petitioner, is false and frivolous and it is only a consequence of land dispute for which earlier Partition Suit No. 148/2014 had been instituted. It is further submitted that the allegation of threatening to kill the informant is only to show that the petitioner may be members of the offending party. Considering the aforementioned facts that there is admitted land dispute between the parties, let the above named
