The petitioner seeks bail in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended with his pick up van FB2WDSB111 without registration number and he was carrying stolen cow and calf in his pick up van.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the driver of the pickup van and on the order of the co-accused Mohan Yadav, the petitioner was carrying cow and calf. It is alleged that the petitioner was carrying stolen cow and calf of Nand Kishore Yadav. The petitioner has no knowledge that the cow and calf were stolen one. The petitioner is in jail since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14166 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 01.02.2017 and he has remained in jail for about 21⁄2 months. He has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017.
