2. The present application has been filed for transfer the divorce suit bearing Matrimonial Case No. 256 of 2020 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara.

3. Pursuant to the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 18.11.2022, the husband has now appeared. It is the case of the opposite party that he is presently serving in the Army and only want early disposal of the Matrimonial Case No. 256 of 2020, which presently is pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur.

4. This Court has heard the parties. Both the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No. 1225 of 2022(5) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 as also the opposite party have their parental house in Bhojpur. The lady is house wife and in that background, it may not be possible for her to move from Bhojpur to Muzaffarpur on every date. The opposite party also wants early disposal of the case. In that background, this Court directs transfer of the Matrimonial Case No. 256 of 2020 presently pending before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara.

5. In view of the fact that already two years have lapsed, the transferred Court is directed to take up the matter and conclude it expeditiously considering the fact that the same was preferred in the year 2020.

6. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
