Though the petitioner has questioned the suspension order bearing Memo No. 385 dated 5.8.2016, impugned at Annexure 6, but having heard Mr. Siya Ram Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and considering that the matter has translated in a disciplinary proceeding in which a charge memo has also been served on the petitioner by the disciplinary authority cum Deputy Development Commissioner cum Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Gaya vide Memo No. 392 dated 10.8.2016,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16212 of 2016 (2) dt.21-07-2017 I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent no.2, Deputy Development Commissioner cum Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Gaya to conclude the departmental proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
