JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-08-2025 On 18.06.2025 this case was heard and the petitioner was granted provisional bail till 30.07.2025 and the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre for amicable settlement.

2. Report of the Mediator dated 24.07.2025 has been received and as per the report the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and vague allegations of demand of dowry which are false and even during mediation, the O.P. No. 2 was not ready to reside with the petitioner, however, the learned counsel for the Opposite Party no. 2 has stated that the Opposite Party no. 2 is the wife of the petitioner and she is ready to

4. In view of the fact that the matter has not been settled before the Mediation Centre, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.06.2025 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1125 of 2024, is hereby confirmed subject to the conditions :

(i) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the Court below, if so required by the learned Trial Court.

(ii) In case of absence on two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be canceled by the Court concerned.
