ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he has been taken into custody and therefore, this case against him has become infructuous. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners no. 2 to 5 and learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioners no. 2 to 5 are apprehending their arrest in connection with Simari Bakhtiyarpur P. S. Case no. 307 of 2014 registered under Sections 364 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as petitioners no. 2 to 5 are concerned, they are mother and other brothers of the accused and the girl in question is alleged to have married Manjeet, the other brother of these petitioners. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation

No.17827 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 2 / 2 against petitioners no. 2 to 5, let petitioners no. 2 to 5 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Simari Bakhtiyarpur P. S. Case no. 307 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
