====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. Learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board referring to paragraph-10 of the counter affidavit submits that re-evaluation of the answer books is not permissible under the Bihar School Examination Board Regulation 1964. He relied upon the order passed by this Court in CWJC No.14669 of 2017 and 14967 of 2018 in support of his argument. Learned senior counsel for the Board further submits that the scrutiny of the answer books of Physics and Chemistry pertaining to the Annual Intermediate Examination was done by the experts and they have recommended for no change of marks as is evident from Annexure-3 series of the writ application.
