JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration there is specific allegation of making firing leveled against the petitioner, again I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, and hence his prayer for bail in connection with Chousa P.S.Case No. 175 of 2014, pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Dist- Madhepura stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
