2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:

(i) for direction to the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner Panchat No. 80, Mouja- Sundarpur, Thana no. 380, Khata no.- 311, Khesra no.- 680, Measuring- 0.29 Acre as per current rate;

(ii) for direction to the respondents to pay penal interest on the time of notification, the above compensation amount.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the counter affidavit of the respondent nos. 3 to 5, he may be permitted to approach the appropriate authority for seeking compensation relating to his land.

4. The said liberty is always available to an affected person.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
