This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The offence alleged is murder. The informant is eye witness of the occurrence.

The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2016.
