2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dharahara P.S. Case No. 08 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 308(5), 352, 351(2) and under Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have demanded Rangdari from the informant and the coaccused is said to have fired upon him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2026.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
