The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No.83 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that no one has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49400 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No.83 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
