JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents authority to forthwith, accept the joining of the petitioner to the post of Safaikarmi in Nagar Parishad, Jamalpur, Munger on the ground of that the similarly situated persons' joining has been accepted after regularizing his period of absence without pay, whereas in the matter of petitioner, no action has been taken.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
