The petitioner has alleged deliberate disobedience of this Court's order dated 31.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12955 of 2018 and other cases analogous with the said case. A show-cause reply has been filed on behalf of the Executive Officer, Madhubani, Nagar Parishad, stating therein that the petitioner has been paid all her admitted retiral dues of gratuity, provident fund, earned leaves. There is no denial by the petitioner to such averment made in the show-cause reply. In such view of the matter, this contempt proceeding stands dropped.
