JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Considering the nature of allegation and the action taken by the respondents to curb the unfair practice in the examination of medical, the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioner.

Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been picked up in this case and others have been let off by the respondents and no action was taken against those who were involved in the unfair means in the examination.

While dismissing the writ petition, the Court directs the respondents to cause deeper enquiry into the allegation of unfair means adopted by the students of the Medical Colleges in order to maintain sanctity and fairness in the examination as the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22078 of 2018(8) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 Court cannot tolerate unfair means in the examination of Doctor to obtain decree by means of proxy or unfair means. The respondents are hereby directed to fix accountability on all others who have adopted unfair means in the examination by taking action for debarring them to appear in the examination, if they are involved in use of unfair means.
