Thereafter, the present contempt petition was filed. During the pendency of the contempt petition, petitioner was aware of the order dated 29.09.2022 vide annexure-A to the show cause by which it is evident that there is compliance to orders of this Court and it was subject matter of CWJC No. 16555 of 2022 and CWJC No. 16555 of 2022 has been withdrawn by the petitioner. No reasons have been assigned as to what made petitioner to withdraw. Taking note of these facts and circumstances ,the present contempt petition do not survive for consideration and it is dropped.
