2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 267 of 2012 for the offence under Sections 395, 397, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner along with accused persons entered into the house of the informant and snatched Rs. 16,000/-, two golden chains and two rings from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got three criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 25.05.2022.

5. Considering the period of custody and also considering the offer of the petitioner to compensate the loss suffered by the informant, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39854 of 2023(3) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Ara at Bhojpur in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 267 of 2012.

6. At the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner will deposit a Demand Draft of Rs. 25,000/- in the name of the informant in the court below and thereafter, bail bond of petitioner shall be accepted.

7. The Demand Draft shall be released in favour of the informant in the Court below within the time so that validity of the Demand Draft is not expired and the same is handed over to informant of the case.

8. The petitioner will visit Nawanagar Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
