Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nagar P. S. Case no. 544 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 120B, 34, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is named in the F.I.R. but subsequently police submitted final form with regard to the present case on 7.7.2014 by letter no. 212 of 2014 and petitioner has been found to be innocent and has not been sent up for trial.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Nagar P. S. Case no. 544
