Patna High Court CWJC No.15826 of 2016 dt.11-09-2017 2/2 liberty to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nawada (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority').
3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
