The Petitioner seeks bail in Kalyanpur P.S.

Case No. 170 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that golden Hunmani wrist watch and Rs. 120/- have been snatched from the informant by miscreants on motorcycle who were later on caught in the market and were also assaulted by the people.

From the written report itself, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, although it is stated he has been apprehended immediately in the market.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.
