3. Heard MJC No. 1938 of 2024 for recalling the order dated 28.02.2024 passed in LPA No. 1286 of 2018. For the reasons stated in the application and affidavit, order dated 28.02.2024 is recalled. Accordingly, MJC No. 1938 of 2024 stands allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand). Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks from today.

4. LPA No. 1286 of 2018 stands restored in the file. Registry is hereby directed to put up the same before the concerned Roster Bench at the earliest.
