The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.534 of 2013 registered under Section 498A, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. As per FIR, the complainant was tortured by her inlaws for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also the accused persons after pouring k. oil on her body tried to set her on fire. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already given divorce to the complainant. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.1500/- per month as maintenance to the complainant.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.1500/- per month in the court below, which shall be

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Complaint Case No.534 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
