The petitioner seeks bail in P.S. Case No. C121(7)/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Two litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.11.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Case No. C-121(7)/2016.
