The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No.103 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
