Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 309 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 08.07.2020, this Hon'ble Court has already dismissed the bail application of the petitioner and directed the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed against the petitioner and all the witnesses have been examined by the court below only the

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the above named petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Barauni FCI P.S. Case No.309 of 2019 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Begusarai is hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the argument and dispose of the trial of the case within a period of one month. If the argument is not concluded within a period of one month, the petitioner may be released on bail.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
