1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Vigilance and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that in sum and substance, the allegation against the petitioner is that he secured appointment as Teacher based on forged and fabricated Teacher Training Certificate.

4. It is next submitted that the instant F.I.R. came to be instituted against the petitioner based on an inquiry conducted behind his back. It is further submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner to explain his side of the case, perhaps the instant F.I.R. would not have been instituted. It is also submitted that petitioner stands terminated from the service.
5. Learned Special P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P. S. Case No.591 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
