The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Allegedly from the house of the petitioner, 15 litres jaggery solution in aluminum pot, 75 litres jaggery solution in plastic drum and 15 litres jaggery solution from tin were recovered and the petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2017. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18509 of 2017 (3) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016 , subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason, shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
