This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bheldi P.S. Case No.343 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Hired criminals killed the deceased due to enmity. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner and other accused persons had done a recce of the deceased and thereafter this petitioner is said to have given the murder weapon to the other accused persons from which the deceased was killed by other accused persons.

The petitioner was a party of the conspiracy of killing the deceased and he is in the business of providing

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
