Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.228 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.02.2017 with an observation to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the charge has been framed against the petitioner and he has been in custody in this case since 16.10.2016.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner, namely, Naveen Kumar Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
