JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 04-08-2017 In case, the petitioner feels that sleeper buses are plying in the State of Bihar without any authority or contrary to the provisions of law, the petitioner should have brought these facts to the notice of the authority concerned and thereafter in case no action is taken, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18891 of 2016 dt.04-08-2017 2/2 petition should have been filed. That apart, from the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, we find that by amendment in the Motor Vehicles Act and the Rules framed therein, plying of such vehicles have been regularised.
That being so, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take up the issue with the statutory authority in case he has any grievance.
