Petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 646 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 504 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 6.11.2018.

Learned counsel further submits that the case was registered against 10-12 unknown persons.

Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely, Ajay Kumar Singh and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35490 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 Vinod Kumar have been granted bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 19665 of 2019 vide order dated 01.4.2019. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
